The Czech-Qatar Chamber of Commerce (CCPF), in cooperation with the GCC Chamber of Commerce, is preparing a new concept. It will be called "Made in Czechoslovakia" and it will be a business centre.
Czechia and Slovakia already have their "houses" in many countries. In Doha, the capital of the Emirate of Qatar, however, they will meet again in one, common house. This international project aims - with the help of the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the media support of The Business Soirée magazine - to promote Czech and Slovak products and services in Qatar.
Good brand
The originally intended concept "Made in Czech Republic" was expanded on the basis of a number of suggestions from Slovak companies and entrepreneurs, as well as requests from Qatari business partners. The "Made in Czechoslovakia" trademark has long been well-known in the Persian Gulf region.
Meeting place
The House will serve as a space for offices for individual companies to meet Qatari partners and present their products, samples, which will also be located in the business centre. There will also be a 24-hour reception, a conference room, a storage room and a safe. Of course, there will also be provision of various additional full services.
Ready to help
The centre will also be ready to help businesses enter the Qatari market. The permanent representation of the Chamber will enable the mediation of the purchase of real estate, the lease of production premises, and will also help with orientation in the banking sector. It will also facilitate relations in the culture, sport and the further development of cooperation.
